I'm trying to invite another developer to the team on the page: https://developer.apple.com/membercenter/index.action#invitations
but 'Send Invitation' button does not work. Nothing happens when I click the button.
Checked this with another browser (Safari, FireFox, Chrom) and under another account.
Is this a problem with apple site?
I am having the exact same problem right now. Attempted from both Chrome as well as Safari with the same result.

I've tried from different accounts. As Admin and Agent and have the same problem.
The submit button action is onclick="return(false);"
Same problem with Windows or Mac , Safari and Chrome and Firefox.

a fantasy-person account will be able to invite... but it is not possible to invite real persons???

As an agent i invite with the following data:

This invitation will expire 30 days from when it was sent. This invitation cannot be modified but can be withdrawn or resent any time prior to it being accepted.
It worked for me to use the bulk invite, even for a single person. Now the invited person is listed at invitations summary page.
The same behaviour in 'Bulk invite' - nothing happens after clicking 'Send Invitation' button.
Also I tried to submit a technical support incedent (https://developer.apple.com/membercenter/index.action#requestTechSupport) - 'Submit' button does not work.

Neither the bulk invite nor the single invite has been working for me since Tuesday. I did contact Apple support, but have not had any responses yet.
Bulk invite didn't work for me yesterday, but it did today. I was able to submit a single request via bulk about two hours ago. Invite Person is still not working.
Same Issue here since 2 days. neither "Invite a Person to Your Team" or "Send Invitations to Multiple Contacts" submit buttons are not working.

I've created a txt file following this:

If you want to create a new record press enter otherwise save the document.
I've used textwrangler and saved the document with the following options:
Line Breaks UNIX LF
Encoding UTF8
