HELP ME ( Mac Pro )

Okay, this is where it all started..

I downloaded the game 'Football Manager 2014' . As soon as the downloading was over, I opened it and it worked well with no crashes.

Then I closed the game to look for some tips for the game. I reopened the game and suddenly it crashes.

I reopened it for 50 times and it would still crash. ( It did not crash during the game, it crashed before the main menu )

So I just tried to get rid of it and suddely this motherf*cker pops up

'Football Manager 2014' can't be moved to the Trash because it can't be deleted'

I have done everything I could.

I can't give up now, because I really want to play this game.

Questions

1) If I can't delete it, can we do something about the crash?

Maybe fix the crash or something?

2)If I can't fix the crash, is there anyway to delete it?

I am REALLY desperate here, guys......

I have been working on this for 4 hours doing nothing but this...
