Printer HP C4480 issues with Mac OS X vs 10.6.8

Hello,

I have a Mac OS X vs 10.6.8 and a printer HP photosmart C4480 all-in-one .

I have 2 problems:

1. I am having constant jamming problems with my printer.

2. I no longer seem to be able to scan pictures or other documentation.

I just upgraded my computer to the snow leopard.

What seems to be the problem. I have tried everything already to get rid of the jam prblem, but nothing seems to help.

I am also not sure if the jamming issue had anything to do with my up grade to Snow leopard

I am questioning if the scanning issue does have anything to do with the upgrade.

Can anyone help me with this. Thank you,
