iCloud Cannot Restore Backup, Server Unavailable, help anyone?!

I had to factory reset my iPhone after forgetting the passcode, and now I came up to the back-up from iCloud screen from the set-up procress, and I selected my last backup from a week ago.

It keeps rejecting this though after a few seconds of trying claiming "The Servers are unavailable" , please help anyone? 😟 I don't really believe its this, it worked fine about a month ago.. Im really scared my phones bricked, and I will have lost so many precious photos and data if I can't get into my backup.

The Apple system status isn't reporting any issues with iCloud backup right now (http://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/). Short of trying to restore it using a different wifi network there isn't anything you can do to troubleshoot this on your own. You might try going to My Apple ID using Safari on your phone to confirm that you can access a secure website (required in order to restore the backup). You could also try resetting the phone by holding the power and home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, then releasing.

If none of this helps you'll probably have to contact Apple support for assistance: http://www.apple.com/support/icloud/contact/.
