virgin moble hotspot connectivity problems
I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem.
I just got an Overdrive Pro and connceted it using Virgin Moble monthly plan. All of my other devices connect fine - an old first gen Mac Book pro, a 2010 Mac Mini, my iPhone, but my iPad Air is having problems.
It takes a long time for it to show that its connected, and once it shows that its connected it still won't actully connect to the internet. All of the IP info looks right in settings, and I hbut when I go to a browser it says "you are not connected to the internet". Occasionally it will connect for a minute or two when it first registers, but then it cuts out. It still says I'm connected though in settings and on the device.
Virgin says it must be an iPad issue since it connects to everything else correctly.
