if you’re not sure which model MacBook Pro you have, look at its serial number. If it has eleven characters, write down the last three of them; if it has twelve, write down the last four. Please include those last three or four characters in your reply; they can be used to determine which model you have.
Have you ever upgraded its installed version of OS X, or have you only run Software Update to perform in-version updates of its originally installed version of OS X?

what is preventing you from being able to copy the last few characters of your MacBook Pro’s serial number from its case? What is preventing you from answering whether you have ever upgraded OS X on your MacBook Pro or not?

your screen has nothing to do with getting the information which I’ve requested. You don’t need to look at your screen to get that information. Your screen is not needed to answer these questions.
