Can I change the looks of my bookmark icons

When I open the browser most often it opens up a page which shows my bookmarks in the form of an icon or folder. Some of the icons appear to be preselected by the site and others are just light gray in color with the name of the site. Is there a way to change how the icons/folders look? I'd like this page to have a customized look, not the generic look it has now. Does anyone know how to do this?

You're welcome. Another idea, when you go to bookmark a site see if the add to home screen option is available. Usually when you add the website to your home screen you get a better looking icon. Don't worry about having to change the orange to green, it's the thought that counts. Thank you.
