Where is the Summary tab

iphone 5s - iPhone and iTunes are 'most recent versions.'

Posted a while back - couldn't find the "Sync Music" button. No responses so I guess no one here knows.

I'm trying to get music from my PC to iTunes to my iPhone. I'm found instructions online and followed them. By doing this, I've managed to create a playlist in iTunes and populate it with songs from my PC. Those same instructions tell me to click the "Sync Music" button. There is none.

I now have new instructions. These tell me "At the top of the main iTunes screen, click on the Summary menu tab." I have no Summary tab.

Please, someone have pity on me. Where is the Summary tab?
