Q: Can I delete an episode from a purchased TV show and still be able to restore it another time?

I have just purchased a whole season of a TV series but it says each episode takes up about 1.7 GB of space. So I was just wondering if I would be able to 'undownload' each episode after watching them so that I have enough space to watch them all, but still be able to go back and re-download them whenever I want without having to purchase them again.

Basically what I'm saying is:

1. Is it possible to un-download individual episodes?

2. If you un-download/delete episodes will you be able to restore them without having to pay again?

Thanks

iPad, iOS 7.1.1

    Yes.

You can delete single episodes from your device and redownload them at a later date assuming you are in a country that supports iTunes in the Cloud.

The table below shows you what types of purchases you can download again in each country. If a certain type of content can be downloaded again in that country, a ✓ will appear in the country's row for that content type. If music, apps, or books are available in your country, you can enable Automatic Downloads on your computers and iOS devices to automatically download new purchases made from other devices. This feature is only available for music, apps, and books.

When you delete an episode from your device a cloud button will appear next to it. You can use that button to redownload the episode at any time.
