I was looking through accessability features and turned on zoom by mistake, when I turned it off my screen zoomed.
I''ve tried double tapping with three fingers already, with no response.

Thank you for contacting Apple Support Communities.
You can go to Settings>General>Accessibility and turn off the Zoom feature from the Accessibility options. See:
