You are logged in with the same account that you bought the app with, you haven't changed countries since buying it, and you've checked to see if it's hidden : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919 ?

And have you tried logging out and back into your account on your phone ?

I'm having the same problem. I emailed customer service for the app. This is the reply they sent me on 5/27:

Dear Customer,

It is due to the reason that Apple has removed our app from the App Store

(all similar download manager apps have also been removed). We are trying

our best bring our app back on the App Store which will also solve this

problem.

Looks as if Apple has deleted it again as of today.  Fortunately I have it on my iPad and other devices. will it still function correctly as I use ir often.

This has also happened to me as well & I also still have the app on my iPad but I want it on my iPhone 6 now and future phones if possible.. Is there any way to accomplish this? Is the app still hosted by the creators online or naw?

Do you have the app in the Apps section of your computer's iTunes library so that you can sync it to it ? If not, and if your iPad is not on iOS 9+, then you should be able to connect your iPad to your computer's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchase to copy it over so that you can sync it to your phone - if your iPad is on iOS 9+ that won't work, apps are no longer copied back from a device

Hey penguin, actually my iPad is still on 8.4 & I'm not sure if it's in my library on my desktop. It takes so long to boot up I never really have the patience to use it. I'm a more on the go type anyway but I'll def look into that and let you know when I do. Thx
