Why is the code 3194 appearing when i try to restore my iphone 4s?

I have my iphone 4s disabled, as i try to restore it on my laptop through itunes, i almost get it restored then all of a sudden, a message appears saying it can't be restored due to the error code 3194. i cant seem to get any further than this. Any ideas or any direction to help me here? Thanks
