The only method for unlocking an iPhone is "Official - Factory unlock". It means whitelisting your IMEI number from Apple database. You should check it at: https://iphoneimei.net (I recommend this site for best price and services)
What a load of rubbish this is - the only official way to unlock your phone is to go the carrier that the phone is locked to.
Nobody else can unlock it for you. End off.
