So pls explain me why it's happening
It would help if you identified who your email provider is.
Check that the parameters you set up is Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars for this account are correct per what your Mail service recommends.
Check the support for your email provider for assistance, FAQs, etc.

The fact that you are having problems with both you phone and iPad suggests that the problem is with the email provider, unless both devices were set incorrectly to begin with. Is this a new problem or was it all ok a few days ago? If the latter the issue is with your provider and I would call them. Good luck.
