Can't get beyond "reading" in apple TV, while streaming already purchased movie from Itunes store??

We have been enojoying purchased movies from iTune store on PC and apple TV for a couple of years, via Wi-Fi.


During the last month our so at first a couple of our purchased movies and now all 9 of them, have stoped viewing.

We can choose among the 9 movies and start playback, but it never gets beyond "reading" (continues for hours) and no error messages either.


Same movies on same Apple ID and same WIFI network, work just fine on an iPhone, but not on the Apple TV and this only recently recently.


I can also view trailers for the same movies in HD resolution, so that works fine too.


Does anybody know of a sloution or have experienced this problem??

I tried resetting my Apple TV, and it seems to have helped.

Now I van actually view my purchased movies again, at least so far.


As I read in forum that it worked for others too, but only for one viewing og movies.

Og course it tales time configuring accounts, and everything all over again!

For now it's this way or highway.


Needless to say, Apple supports contribution to all this was a very nice written message and describing them having problems with seeing my purchases at all 😢

Way to go apple!
