Pitch correction not showing up in track editor

I have tried over and over again to get Pitch Correction to show up in the track editor. I have started new projects, changed the preset vocal tracks, and I still cannot see the pitch correction bar. This is what I see on every vocal track in the editor where Pitch Correction should be showing up:

Is there an error with the program? Am I just missing something really simple? (I am using a Scarlett Ti2 to record if that affects anything).
