I've tried to submit my podcast to itunes, but get the "podcast cover art must be 600x600 pixel" message :c. what can i do ?

Hey I have tried to sumbit my 4th podcast to itunes, but i keep on getting this message , "podcast cover art must be atleast 600x600 pixel JPG or PNG, in RGB color space and hosted on a server that allows a HTTP head requests"

I wish they would update that error message, which is out of date. Your image must be 1400 x 1400, jpg or png, RGB, and less than 500kB.

I have changed the image to 1400x1400 but it isn't updating on the itunes store (however subscribers are seeing the new image) ... I changed the description and image yesterday (and the description updated ... but the image didn't :C)

Your image will not update because at 922KB it's well over the limit of 500KB. I should start by making it a JPG - PNGs tend to be larger - and if necessary increasing the compression until you are below 500KB.
