Q: My iphone is no longer showing up as an option in network connections

I've been using my iphone's data to connect to the internet on my pc and my ipad for ages. The last few weeks, it kept dropping out and I had to turn personal hotspot off and on again to reconnect. Yesterday however, a new problem arose. I turn the hotspot on and both my pc and my ipad are not even showing my iphone as an option to use as a wireless internet connection. I have reset netowrk settings'' but the problem persists. Any help greatly appreciated!
