Jun 6, 2014 3:43 PM in response to Bill95630by FoxFifth,★HelpfulI'm not familiar with the Kyocera phone. If it is an Android based phone the following may help: http://osxdaily.com/2013/07/15/transfer-contacts-from-android-to-iphone/
If not and if it offers any ability to export contacts to a computer, you could do that and then sync them to your iPhone using iTunes.
If all else fails, Verizon should be able to transfer the contacts from the Kyocera's sim card to the iPhone sim card and then import them into the iPhone: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4994

Jun 8, 2014 7:57 AM in response to FoxFifthby Bill95630,Went to Apple store and bought the new iPhone 5s for my sister. The phone did not have a Sim card, so the Apple tech connected it to their in store device for transfering information from old phones to new phones. The phone is so old ~10 yrs that the transfer did not work! Anyway she only has ~ 30 names and phone numbers, no Email or addresses. So today she do it manually. Thank you for the information. At least we were prepared when visting the store.
