favicons on safari 7.0.4 are gone after update.

Open a Finder window. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder

Type or copy paste the following:

~/Library/Safari/WebpageIcons.db

Click Go then move the WebpageIcons.db file to the Trash.

Quit and relaunch Safari.

It may take a day or two for your webpagicons to re populate.

Didn't work... The Safari folder isn't in my Library folder, any advice?
