Ipad 2 kernel panic

Ipad seems to be shot. Upgraded to the latest iOS and within a week it started going into endless reboot loops. Tried resetting and restoring in normal and DFU modes. No joy. Now the iPad is stuck on the apple logo during bootup.

Brought it to two different apple service centres and they did the same thing. Restoring it didn't work. One of the service guys even got it to go into kernel panic, during the restore which was something he said he'd never seen before.

Now I'm not particularly computer savvy, but I did manage to snap some pictures of the error messages when it went into kernel panic. Don't know if there was more that scrolled off the screen before I spotted it. If anyone has any ideas about how to retrieve error logs from an iPad that won't boot, please let me know.

Posting what I saw on the screen for those wizards out there. Can anyone tell me what it means?

Suspect this might only be interesting to Apple engineers out there. Is there anyone who knows where I can get some more information on what this all means? Not sure, but I suspect the key to figuring out what went wrong is probably in the "Panicked task 0x8009dc00: 71315 pages, 0 threads: unknown task" line. Unfortunately, it seems the software can't identify precisely what that task was...

Thought this might pique the interest of some of the folks out there. Maybe someone can identify another forum out there on the Interweb where I might be able find people interested in this sort of thing? Also, anyone have any ideas of how I might be able to pull some error logs out of my new brick?

Realized I failed to type out the entire error screen. I suppose there may have been more that scrolled off the top, but this is what was present when I took the photo (attached below):
