Hi!
I'd like to know how to make the changes about payment information. Besides, the country stated in there which is United States, I'm allowed to change everything. Since I'm studying in United Kingdom, I need to change my payment info. I'll be looking forward to apple's reply. Thanks.
These are user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
If you doing it via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, then on your account's screen there should be a Change Country or Region link, under the billing address. You won't be able to use a US payment method here in the UK store.
