iCloud Control Panel without admin rights?

Hi,

Is there a way to install iCloud on Windows without admin rights? I've already tried the plain installer (requires admin rights) and looked for these "portable apps" on the web (didn't find a "portable icloud")

I am obliged to continue to use Chrome on all of my devices (I would prefer Safari...) because I cannot sync my bookmarks on my Work PC (for which I don't have admin rights) with the iCloud/Safari universe... Is there at least a way to sync icloud bookmarks with a PC browser w/o installing the control pannel? (there is a standalone icloud extension for chrome, but it requires the control panel to be installed)
