why can't I type the number 0 my iPhone
WHen I want to type an acces kode with the number 0 at the end there is no responce when I hit the key 0.

Basics from the manual are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new. If these steps don't work, you have a hardware issue and will need to bring the phone to Apple for evaluation.
