Unrated TV shows up no matter what restrictions are

I want to give my kids access to the TV shows we have bought for them on iTunes but I have one "unrated" show that appears reguardless of what rating restriction I put on TV shows. Is there a way to hide unrated content or to assign a custom rating to an unrated show? I am open to suggestions or alternative solutions.

The show that is unrated is Fringe, so if someone at Apple sees this, get a rating on that show. It came out long after the v-chip and television ratings were requirments, so it is a major oversight on the part of someone. The season is 5 and we have episodes 1, 12 and 13. All are unrated.
