I am trying to set a my iphone 5 on a new itunes library. When I go to sync it tells me that my phone is already synced with another library. Is there any way to unsync because I don't knos what it is synced to right now. Thanks

There is no way to "unsync". By design, when you synch your phone to a new iTunes library, all the media from the old library will be erased and replaced with the new library's media.
I don't have anything in the new library. It is all on my phone. Verizon downloaded it from my old phone. I got the music from my son's library to begin with and the computer that was on is no longer available. Anything I can do? Thanks!
iTunes includes an option to transfer iTunes content from an iPod or an iOS device that was purchased/downloaded from the iTunes Store.
First you need to authorize the computer with the iTunes account or Apple ID with iTunes that was used to download the content.
After authorizing the computer with the Apple ID with iTunes, with the iPhone connected you can right-click on the iPhone under devices in the iTunes source list and select transfer purchases.
