My wired Razer Naga 2014 just stopped working for iMac. Or something. Read vv

Whenever I'm on my desktop the mouse highlights the bottommost item and starts making a notification sound. Also whenever the mouse cursor is not moving, it disappears. When I try to adjust the volume and move my cursor down to the little circle that marks the volume level, the menu disappears. Other weird things like this happen such as when alt+left-clicking an app on your dock and moving your cursor to one of the options, the selected option acts funny and moves all over the place. Please don't suggest me restarting because I've tries -_-. Thanks.
