Q: Apple screen flickering help!

Hello! So today I was watching OITNB on Neflix and I closed my laptop. Maybe I closed it too fast but when I opened it back up, the whole screen was flickering everywhere and I can barely see what I am typing right now. I will show you a picture. I don't know if it turned out well in the photo but I have no idea what it looks like right now. Please help! I tried turning it off and back on.
