Hi. This is my first time making a post,so excuse me if i did something wrong.
When i start Subway Surfers it shows the A boy and a girl carrying the hoverboard with text below them saying
Subway Surfers World Tour Tokyo then the game closes,but when i tap the home button 2 times it shows that its still running.
This also happens with some other games,but i want to play Subway Surfers the most.
I'm using IPhone 4S 16 gb
iPhone 4, iOS 7.1
All apps available when double pressing the Home button does not mean the apps are running. Most apps don't continue to run in the background when leaving the app or if the app crashes.
If the app is crashing. you need to contact the App developer for the app no different if you are having a problem with a 3rd party app on your computer.
Can you be more specific please,what do i do?
The owner/developer of the app likely has a website where you can go for troubleshooting with the app and/or to report a problem and maybe receive a resolution.
