Security questions
Want to buy an app, but need to verify my account. Forgot security questions and don't have a recovery account. Need the questions to make one. Help.

You won't be able to add a rescue email address until you can answer your questions, you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset you can then use the steps on this page to add a rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5620
