Blu Ray Player for Macbook pro early 2011

Here is a little background

2011 macbook pro

16gb ram

1tb SSHD 5400

I am thinking to upgrade my superdrive to blu ray. I do not want an external player as its one more piece of hardware to carry around. My goal is to have a blu ray player that works like the super drive without using apps such as toast.

I have looked at reviews on amazon, and a few other sites, All reviews say they had to modify the blu player and match the parts to make it fit into the macbook pro. Here is something I found but doesn't have any reviews. Has anyone installed the below blu ray player from MCE on there mac book? Are there better option?
