Cannot connect to internet on Windows 7

I recently used BootCamp and installed Windows 7 Home Premium. I have done everything I know for the past 6 hours, looked through a million support threads and forums for an answer- I just cannot connect. I dont know what to do at this point, Ive updated the windows support drivers twice, I even installed Parallels to try to see if that would help, to no avail. Anyone help? If I cant do it myself, who should I call? GeekSquad? (laughs, the team for dumb computer losers like me.)
