I recently got an iphone 4 and would like to transfer my contacts from my samsung phone to my iphone.
Received the phone yesterday, spent half a day locked out beause of voice control which seems to come on when I go to bluetooth to try and hook up to a phone in my house. Doesn't seem to stay off

If you were acccessing a Gmail account on the Samsung syncing your Google contacts over the air, create the account with the Mail app on the iPhone turning Contacts on for over the air syncing.
Voice Control should not come on when going to Settings > Bluetooth.

Siri is supported with the iPhone 4S and later.
The iPhone 4 does not have Siri. Only the 4S and later do. Voice control gets activated instead of Siri on the 4.
What are you trying to do with bluetooth?
Are the contacts from your old phone on its SIM card or tied to your Google account?
