How do I fix Keychains/iCloud?

I could not remember my password, so I found a forum post that said I could reset it at login by pressing certain keys (can't remember). I reset my password and was able to login. Ever since, I constantly asked for Keychain passwords. I can't access anything on my iCloud (I've already changed my iCloud password). And my internet will not connect. I deleted all of the Keychains and certificates but they still pop up when I want to access mail or imessage. I don't know what I did, and I need help to fix this.
