Security question

I can't reset Security question and my account was locked

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi + Cellular (MM), iOS 7.1

Note:

You can only set up and/or change a Rescue Email Before you forget the questions/answers.

For the account, you can try the store support staff, all one big group, at http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html and to reset the security questions, contact the Apple ID Security site from http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699 or call the AppleCare support number from http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 and ask to speak with the Account Security Team.

To be honest all you need to do is call apple at 1-800-APL-CARE...once you get a rep on the line tell them you need to reset your security questions...they will try to verify your identity if they can get you verified they can reset them....when you call make sure you have access to the internet because they will need to have you go to a website and generate a pin number...I just had them resest mine...took only a few minutes.😉
