Using Apple Airport Extreme as a WAN/LAN Router with Multiple Static IP Addresses with DNS

I want to use my Apple Airport Extreme with a static IP address and 128 static IP addresses for my LAN/WAN

running my own DNS. Will this work? Can it be configured to function this way as a real LAN/WAN router?

No, I think the limit is 25 static IP addresses.

This is domestic equipment. Not business/industrial level.

128 static addresses is not domestic.
