com.apple.internetSharing.plist changing settings on devices

I think my devices are being loggined into remotely. I have 3 routers at home but i dont open any ports. I noticed my girlfriend has lots of apps on her mackbook, how can i keep my devices hidden? i already use openvpn and i constaintly change up which router i use. can ipads and iphones be loggined into remotely without being jailbroken. Shes altered my airport time capsule, my epson wireless printer and i'm certain ive got 3rd party apps on my devices so it looks like im on the correct wifi, i defiantly have gotten fake safari's on my macbook pro and backup disks that arent on my time capsule, fake adobe sites, javascript, automator sandboxed, pearl and python scripts and ive always got something new under my dianogists and usage. iBoot and much more. how can this be prevented? my emails all have to step varifications, i keep my phone and ipad locked with messages and calls not showing on lock screen. no way of getting into my devices unless you know the password.
