The imessage activation button will not move to the right to turn on. Facetime will not activate either. They are both working on my imac and ipad, but will not actuvate on my 5s phone.

I have read those pages. They are not helpful because my 5s doesn't provide the options those pages recommend. Here is a screen capture of what is shows. The toggle switch will not move over to the on position.

I fixed it! I didn't have to remove the sim card. It worked after resetting network settings.
