Q: Downloads grey'ed out in iTunes

Downloaded a TV series from the store, but it appears grey'ed out in my iTunes, and won't play, athough it has sync'ed, somewhat half heartedly to my iPad.

Any thoughts?

If you updated iTunes recently > No content shows up in iTunes after updating

Nope...no updating, and music and other video downloads ok...although downloads to iPad are extremely temperamental, with incredibly slow viewing speeds when downloading from Cloud
