Q: Is there a way to check my iPad Air for a virus or Trojan?

I keep getting emails from the same people repeated and they told me they only sent it once. Starting to wonder if there is a way to check if there is an infection on my ipad.

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 7.1.1
