Itunes download

I am using a windows 8.1 laptop and i have iphone 5 which has uptaded to the latest IOS, i had some issues while getting the new updated itunes and then i removed itunes using the control panal options and now i cannot download it again from the itunes site, using chrome or firefox and i am looking for some help!
