If my display is broken and I don't have an official apple store in my country what should I do?

It was a gift from Germany and I'm living in Romania. 😟
Assuming that the iPhone was officially sold in Germany or one of the other EU countries and not from some unauthorized shop who got the iPhone from some other country, you should be able to take/send your iPhone to iStyle or Noumax, both of which are authorized to provide service for any iPhone officially sold in any EEC country.
