Appr store problem

Hello,

I have a problem regarding the app store. It behaves oddly ( I mean it looks like is working in the background without showing the windows page. Updates are downloaded regurarly). Point is I cannot acces to the store anymore for upgrading the software I bought. I know the procudeure to reinstall the AppStore is a pain. I have already tried to delete com.apple.appstore.plist com.apple.storeagent.plist and the ByHost/* directory. Is there any other alternative? Or can be a probem regarding the language preference of my Mac?

Can you sign in? What happens when you try?

Try booting into the Safe Mode.

Try setting up a new admin account and access the App Store from there.

Isolating an issue by using another user account

Sign in Doesn’t Appear/Accept Text

Try resetting the App Store and Clearing Cookies.

Reset Learned from Old Toad

Maybe I was not clear before. I can sign in. The normal window just does not appear.

No success. The app is accepting my sign in but after that nothing appear
