im trying to setup my apple tv for the first time but it wont activate/connect to itunes store, its not picking up a network time, so im not able to set up my date and time either. HELP im so frustrated

Try this step-by-step using your phone or other iOS7 device. Make sure it's connected to the same wifi network as the apple tv will be on and enable bluetooth.
I have unplugged and restarted 5+ times now I'm getting all the same messages
