I'd like to learn how to add items to my Mac Applications Menu Bar. I want to add features like Login/Logout, Share, Buy Pro, Refresh. I'd also like to know how to alow users to download and upload directly from the app. I've searched Google but all I get is how to make a Mac Statusbar Application and I don't want that.

I have no money at all I'm developing this app to be downloaded from my site only no Mac AppStore.
A developer account is free. You need to grab Xcode if you don't already have it.

If you want to release on the iOS App Store or the Mac App Store you will have to pay however you can build & distribute apps with a free account outside of the Mac App Store.
I'm afraid making an application isn't a simple process, do you have any coding experience at all?

The documentation is probably not the best place to start, you need to get to grips with some of Xcode's UI first.
There are many totorials around to get started, but you need to keep trying until it starts making sence.
Xcode also changes so you need to work out what version you have & what version the tutorial is…

If you are talking about adding items programmatically vs just creating the menu in the Interface Builder, look at the addItemWithTitle:action:keyEquivalent: method from the NSMenu class you linked to - it will add a new menu item and its action to your menu.
@red_menace is that added to the .h or .m I added a Object-C Class and named it MenuController the files created with the app where named MainViewAppDelegate. I want these menu items to go to different pages on my site.
Unless you are going to be programmatically adding/changing/removing menu items, it would be easier to just create the menu in the Interface Builder and connect the items to your action methods, otherwise the NSMenu statements can go in the AppDelegate or whatever class you are using for your menus.
IBActions (methods, not classes) will show up in the Interface Builder, and once connected the method(s) will be called when the menu item is selected - if you are just copy/pasting chunks of code you have found on some random web page and hope that they are going to work (instead of knowing what they are doing), you are not going to have very much fun.
Well in that case yes I have a developer account and I've got some coding experience html, php, css, android, and a little of apples codes.

Just connect the various menu items to their action method(s), and add statements in the method(s) for loading the desired pages.
Well I tried making a Object-C Class named Login and tried linking it to the login menu item but it didn't work. Sorry I'm a complete noob when it comes to this.
