My iphone 5s has no facetime option?? What should i do??
Since when i bought it has no facetime.. It was packed with ios7
iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1.1, It has no facetime
go to settings>general>reset>reset home screen layout this will fix the problem.

Where was the phone purchased? If in a region where FaceTime is banned (UAE and Saudi Arabia) it can not be installed on that phone.
Is it possible that your iPhone originates from a country in the Middle East? Where did you buy it? What is the serial number?
i live and have relitives in the middle east and we all facetime each other with out any problem. Facetime is avaliable in the middle east and works fine.

As stated, FaceTime is banned on iDevices sold in UAE and Saudi Arabia, as per:

Then they are using devices that were purchased elsewhere. I'm not making this up. Please consult the Apple article if you don't believe me.

Stop arguing, and show us you're the "Apple Master" you claim to be. Stedman knows what he's talking about. Phones sold in UAE and KSA do not have FT installed per stupid government rules. If you bought your phone elsewhere, FT will be installed and you'll be able to use it in UAE and KSA
