If you are not a developer then you should not have iOS 8 yet. It is not supported by Apple for customers so you can not get it repaired at an Apple store either. Get back on iOS7 if still possible.

iOS8 is a Developer Beta.

If you are a Developer then as per the NDA you signed when becoming a developer you cannot disclose Beta issues in a public forum, so you need to post in the Private Developer forums made available to you as a developer.

If you are not a Developer then you obtained iOS8 illegally, and by installing it on your device voided your warranty, and forfeited any support from apple which includes these forums.
