I am trying to get my mail, I have had this email setup for several years and suddenly gives me the message "connection to the server failed or was dropped" Error code 17895. It will no longer send or receive mail

People there are very helpful and knowledgeable of Outlook issues,.
Outlook 2011 has the same issues when using Bell as host, interestingly enough it works fine with Cogeco! This is in Ontario Canada.
I am pursuing Bell on this as this can't be unique. Outlook 2016 has the same issue.
Any solutions out there?
