cheap memory

im looking to upgrade my memory, but at the moment im tight on cash so i need to find some cheap memory, thats not gona crap out on me.
any suggestions?

macbook 2.0 ghz, Mac OS X (10.4.7)

Not the cheapest maybe but they'll sell you the correct type for your machine and stand behind it.

OWC (www.macsales.com) is a good place to go for anything Mac related. Good guys for sure.

I use Patriot RAM in my BlackBook and my first gen G5 iMac and I have never had a RAM related problem in either one.

Just ordered 1 gig of that ram hopefully it does great, i'll have 1.2 gigs i'll buy 1 more down the road. thanks for the great link

On the Newegg website it has a link for Mac memory. What is the difference between the Ram you listed (not under Mac Memory) and the Ram listed under Mac Memory?

there is no such thing as "mac memory" vs say "pc memory".

the macbook memory specification calls for:
200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300)

so any ram you find with that spec will "in theory" work.
