Is it possible to select and then set a poster frame for FCPX 10.1.1 Projects. An image is worth a 1000 words and all that!

If you have Quicktime 7 Pro, you can Set Poster Frame from the View menu.
You can also set a Poster Frame with Compressor. (I don't use compressor, so I'm not exactly clear how to proceed.) http://help.apple.com/compressor/mac/4.0/en/compressor/usermanual/index.html#cha pter=26%26section=4%26tasks=true (at the bottom of the page.)
